PCOS Types

PCOS can present in different ways in different people, which might influence your ability to get a correct diagnosis or impact what treatment options or lifestyle interventions are best suited to you. PCOS Subtypes

Functional Approach

Insulin resistance

70% of PCOS patients experience insulin resistance, often linked to high androgens. Addressing this can significantly improve symptoms through strategies like nutrition, exercise, lifestyle changes, supplements, and medication. Personalized guidance can help you choose the right approach.
